An adjunctive intervention utilized to improve pain control, reduce muscle tension, release or inactivate trigger points, improve range of motion & normalize dysfunction of the motor end plate.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (Scraping)

IASTM is a skilled myofascial intervention where typically a stainless steel instrument is utilized for better fascial mobilization and fiber realignment. This can be used to improve range of motion, reduce scar tissue & decrease pain

Myofascial Decompression (Cupping)

Cupping is performed to increase tissue oxygenation to facilitate tissue healing, recovery and reduce inflammation by increasing blood flow to the targeted area

Dry Needling

An adjunctive intervention utilized to improve pain control, reduce muscle tension, release or inactivate trigger points, improve range of motion & normalize dysfunction of the motor end plate.

Stretch Therapy

Technique utilized to improve flexibility, range of motion, and decrease muscle tension
