We will then complete a thorough examination of joint mobility, range of motion, muscular strength, tissue pliability, functional movement, & a neuromuscular exam if indicated. This will allow us to ascertain the correct Movement Diagnosis and begin to design a customized treatment plan together to help you achieve your goals and Move Better , Feel Better, Perform Better.
After the initial assessment you have the option of a 30 minute or 60 minute follow up visit. Our 30 minute visit focuses on mobility, manual therapy and recovery or a the visit can primarily emphasize strengthening & exercise as indicated. Our 60 minute session incorporates movement correction, therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular training to address physical impairments found during the initial assessment. As doctors of manual therapy, you will experience the benefits of hands on treatment in every session.
